Question: I have the chance to buy a 2003 530I M sport package

The car has 102,000 miles and has been babied.
My concerns:
Pixels out on the radio completely and partially on dash
the coil packs
transmission
both are working fine now but service records don't show any work being done.
Car has been serviced every 5K miles by original owner and current owner.
Is it a good buy? He wants $7k which I think is way too high with the potential problems I've mentioned.
thoughts anyone?
